Each Holy moment in the Jewish year is marked with a special text that expands the meaning of the Holy Day.  The three festivals (Pesach, Shavuot and Sukkot), Purim, Tisha B’av and Chanukah all have unique texts that speak to the essence of each day.  We will explore excerpts of each text in seeking to discover the deeper meaning of each sacred moment.

From the essence of Torah, the prophets sought to elevate the Divine covenant beyond the virtual praxis of the Priestly class.  The Prophets were those who sought to speak truth to power and to help the Jewish community elevate their lives in connection to the Holy and Blessed One.  From Joshua to Ezekiel, each Prophet carved out their message of hop for the future.
