Please join us as we present a Wednesday evening session on the issues related to issues facing individuals who can no longer make important personal decisions that affect their care. The presenter for Planning for Incapacity is our own congregant, Todd Litman, Esq. Todd is the owner of Litman and Associates in Tustin. Since 1987 his practice has included Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Elder Law, Tax and Business related matters. He has taught Elder and Estate Planning Law for Orange Caregiver Resource Center and the Orange County Alzheimer’s Association. Topics that will be covered in his presentation will be Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care documents, including Health Care Directives, HIPAA Waivers and Conservator-ships.
