10:15 AM “Brunch and Brush” 7-9:30 PM “Pomegranates, Figs and Honey” - Three Ways: Margaritas, Food and Symbol. We’ll provide the drinks, and discussion about symbolism, you’ll bring Tu B’shvat-themed appetizers/desserts.
Please bring an appetizer or dessert using one of the ingredients below (plus anything else) – no shellfish or pork products: - Honey - Figs - Pomegranates - Dates - Olives - Wheat - Barley (example: baked brie topped with fig jam, wrapped in puff pastry [wheat], dates stuffed with pecans and goat cheese, brownie bites (wheat), mushroom barley soup shooters, marinated olives, soft whipped cheese drizzled w/ honey, sprinkled w/ pomegranate seeds served w/ crackers, crudite or crusty bread. Use your imagination!)
